Facility Overview
&BIZ fitness is an exclusive fitness club for Mitsui office tenants, and is located in Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower, Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building, and Tokyo Midtown Hibiya. Each facility includes a machine area, shower booths, and a locker room. Various services are also provided to help you maintain a healthy body and mind, such as studio lessons, refresh rooms, saunas, and personal trainers.
*From April 2023, all facilities can be used.
TOKYO MIDTOWN YAESU Tokyo Midtown Yaesu
A "fitness club in the sky" complete with the amazing view of a high-rise building. Includes a fully-fledged machine area, stretch area, and studio. Also the only gym with a full-time professional trainer.

How to Use the Facility (how to make a reservation, join up, and start using the facility)

Make a reservation as indicated below.
You will hear a description of how to use the facility and then be registered as a user. -
02.Visit the facility to join up
When visiting the facility to join up, bring a smartphone that can display the &BIZ My Account page to the reception counter at &BIZ fitness.

Check-in via your smartphone.
