&BIZ Lounge – Exclusive Lounges for Building Tenants
The &BIZ Lounge is a dedicated space for tenants located within Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower, and Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building.
In this calm and comfortable environment, you are free to work, study, dine, or simply relax.
After 5:00 PM, the lounge is also available for private parties and social gatherings.
*Tenants of Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower and Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building who are members of Workstyling may also use the lounge for a fee.

- Reservations must be made by corporate entities.
- If catering is required, only designated vendors may be used.
Eligible Users
This service is available only to companies residing in each building.
Currently, mutual use with Workstyling is implemented at Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower and Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building. Workstyling members will be charged when using this service.
